Vanarchy Clothing LTD – Refund & Returns Policy

At Vanarchy Clothing LTD, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

  • Return request is submitted within 2 days of delivery 

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Intimates / lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Vanarchy Clothing Ltd is responsible for the issue (wrong item, defective item, etc.).

4. Exchanges

We currently don't offer exchanges dur to our products being made to order, its not our problem if you don't measure yourself. 

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; Vanarchy Clothing Ltd is not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at vanarchyclothing@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will provide detailed return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
